Old Boiler: Only boilers installed before 2005, or non-condensing boilers, are eligible for replacement under the grant scheme.
EPC Rating of D or Below: Your home must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D or below. This rating represents your home’s energy efficiency. You may qualify for the grant if your home is rated D or lower.
